The fact is, there isn't much more to the average agent than the agent themselves. Most agents operate a one-person show - and they're probably breaking their backs trying to do a good job for their clients. Most agents couldn't really work any harder than they're already working. I have a team sport background. I was drafted into the C.F.L. I believe if I didn't blow out my knee I would have been dinner table talk. I held the NCAA touchdowns in a season, points in a season and rushing touchdown record. (28, 170, 24) The only way I can relate it back to what I do now is.... I'm dedicated to getting the job done and will try to outperform all others. Its a constant evolution. Look at how I market my homes now!

I started this business in August 2008. I was fortunate to start with my feet running. I picked up clients from the sinking Sterling ship and the rest is history. The saying is. "sink or swim!" The simple explanation is that I built a group of professionals to help me be in 10 places at once, and therefore greatly enhance the quality of service I'm able to deliver to my clients. This is basically how other professionals like your banker or lawyer operate. And on top of this, I've used cutting edge technology to dramatically improve the speed, efficiency and innovative capabilities of every part of the service I deliver. My goal was to emulate the great ones. Get some systems. Serve my clients.
I don't expect you to care about the fine details of the inner-workings of my office.

I am constantly striving to continually improve. January 2011 I ranked 4th, Feb 5th, March 6th, April 4th, in my office. I am pursuing that number one spot.
